Pure Water

Without water, there would be no life as we know it on this planet.

Our bodies are made of 55-60% water and the consumption of plenty of pure, clean, uncontaminated water is vital to our good health.

It’s also important that the water in which we bathe and shower be as pure as possible.

Some of the purest water left in the world comes out of springs that rise from deep within ancient submerged aquifers, which have remained uncontaminated by manmade industrial pollution.

Melted runoff from ancient glaciers that were formed long before toxic petrochemicals were introduced into the environment is another pristine source of pure water.

Ideally, we should all be drinking such pure water, but realistically, for the vast majority of us this is neither practical nor feasible. However, if we are seriously interested in natural paths to wellness, we should do everything we can to drink the purest water possible.

If you have access to a natural spring where you can gather your own clean water, this is ideal.

Check out this website to see if you can locate a spring near you where you can gather the purest water possible:

In lieu of gathering your own clean spring water, other options you may wish to look into for improving the quality of the water you consume are filtration, reverse osmosis or distillation.
